We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please understand, much attention is put into the massage therapist’s scheduling, in order to give the best experience and energy to each client.

Appropriate rest in between, amount of hours of deep tissue and energy, scheduled days off for balance and strength.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, and to the massage therapist, the following policies are honored:


There is a minimum twenty-four(24) hour advance notice required when canceling an appointment.


Grace is always given to a client who is genuinely ill on the appointment date.  When ill, and calling in for the ‘short time’ cancellation, you will be expected, at the time of the call, to reschedule.


Though it is our not our policy to require a credit card number to secure a reservation for an appointment time, it is up to our discretion if cancellations become a habitual characteristic of a client.

Please, be as respectful as you can by giving advanced notice of cancellation before we get to the 24 hour period. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This is a cash fee which must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  If using a gift certificate for the ‘missed’ appointment, the gift certificate will be applied to that missed appointment.
